MAES has 7 education centres spread across Manchester. With majority of our 2000 students living within 10 minutes of our centres, we’re confident we’ll be able to cater to your vocational studies where you are.
If you claim benefits or have a low income we may be able to provide financial support to help you complete your course. This support can cover transport, childcare, technology or any fees associated with your course.
Our tutors will help you develop the knowledge and skills you need, as well as support you on your journey. Our courses cover a range of pathways which may be relevant to your needs, from Level 1 to Level 3. We’ll ensure you join a course at the right level for you.

Introduction to Health, Social Care and Children’s and Young People’s Settings (Level 1 Certificate) | Prepare to work in roles within Health, Social Care and Children’s and Young People’s Settings by developing knowledge and understanding of the range of service provision and roles, principles and values | 18 weeks |
Level 1 Award in Awareness of Substance Misuse – Online | Develop a knowledge and understanding of substance misuse awareness – including alcohol – and its potential effects on individuals and other | 12 weeks |
