    Listening to you
Your ideas and experiences of learning with us are really important- they help us to identify the things we are doing well and the things we need to do to make our service better.  We want to involve as many learners as possible in shaping the service we offer to Manchester residents, so there are several ways that you can give us feedback and share your ideas and experiences with us.

    End of Course Evaluation

When you finish a course with us, please take some time to tell us about your course via the end of course evaluation.

    Learner Forums

We hold two learner forums per year so we can listen to your ideas.  Each class sends at least one class representative to forums, which are held in all of our main centres.

    Suggestions, Compliments or Complaints

If you've got a suggestion, compliment or complaint about our service, please let us know.  Complete a form from reception or click HERE to access the online form.

    FE Choices

Every year we take part in a national Learner Satisfaction Survey called FE Choices.  Access the survey here:

You will need to give the number for MAES: 10004175

When asked for an individual learner number, type 0.

The survey takes about 10 minutes.
